Description

Chefs will be required to bring their A-game by modifying one of their specialty dishes by eliminating inflamation inducing ingredients such as gluten, MSG and nightshades. The entries will be judged on presentation, taste and adhering to the competition rules and regulations. The VIP experience will consist of a mocktail happy hour with light hors d'oeuvres and the opportunity to mix and mingle with the chefs and celebrity judges!
