Join us for a free concert at The Salvation Army Kroc Center’s beautiful outdoor amphitheater. The concert starts at 7 p.m. Bring your own blankets or chairs to sit on. Beginning at 6 p.m., a free grilled dinner from our mobile kitchen will be provided to the first 200 attendees. Parking on-site is free. In the event of inclement weather, the concert will be moved inside to the Kroc Center's Performing Arts Center. Our theme for the night is Celebrating Youth. This concert marks the last of a three-part summer series in 2022. Keep up with our website, www.SAKentCounty.org, to see what we are planning for 2023. Registration is not required but it is helpful to us for volunteer planning purposes. You will not need to present a ticket in order to attend. In the back-to-school spirit, this concert will open by showcasing the musical skills of West Michigan's most talented youth. Then, ventriloquist Barbara Jean will provide fun for the whole family. Barbara was Miss Michigan in 1984, winning the Miss America talent competition in Atlantic City. Alongside her group of plush "friends," Barbara's musical ability and comedy routine will make for a memorable evening. Check out more about Barbara Jean!
