Our agency is looking to hire a Full-Time Field Manager to manage a probiotic beverage for a sampling program in des Moines. The ideal candidate has experience with guerrilla sampling teams and in working with food/beverages. Market Manager Position details: • Weekly pay - $1,400 – $1,600 DEO (W2 Employee) • Full-time | 40 hours a week • Contract dates: July 5, 2022 – October 1, 2022 (Might shift slightly) Responsibilities: • Leverage/research in-market connections with event contacts and influencers to schedule sponsored events to build out event schedule – reference existing schedule • Manage, train and schedule team of Brand Ambassadors • Complete all event recaps and ensure all set ups are up to brand standard • Oversee all activations/ sponsored events • Oversee set up and breakdown of event footprint • Responsible to admin tasks that include event execution reports, event photos, BA check-ins, sample & budget tracking and more • Manage and oversee branded company vehicle and trailer • Manage storage unit and product & assets inventory • Report to HQ appointed Manager • 3-4 Days of Activation per week • Requirements: • 1+ yrs. of management exp. • Valid DL and clean driving record • Previous exp. driving branded company vehicle • Open availability and must be able to commit to a full-time role **To apply, please provide contact information and current resume with relevant experience!**
