Coleman Carpet Cleaners, Inc. has been in business since 1969. We're a small business with a strong reputation in our community. We clean carpeting, area rugs, most hard floors, upholstery and draperies as well as performing water and smoke damage restoration. We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to add to our team for on-site cleanings and work in our shop. A Carpet Cleaning Tech must be friendly, punctual, have a strong teamwork ethic, display positive attitude and show an overall drive to be successful, to better yourself and the company. REQUIREMENTS: Reliable and punctual Cheerful with fellow employees and customers High School diploma or equivalent Clean driving record (must be insurable and able to drive any of our fleet vehicles) Flexible and able to take direction well No experience required: we're happy to train you! Must be able to stand for extended periods and routinely life up to 50 lbs Good communication skills Full-time Position Hours of business: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Some flex time after hours and on weekends required on occasion Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, DOE BENEFITS: 6 Paid Holidays Paid vacation time (1 week in 1st year, 2 weeks, thereafter) 3 days of sick pay annually After 1 year of employment, participation in the company's SIMPLE IRA program, with up to a 3% employer match SUPPLEMENTAL PAY: Bonus Pay Commission Pay Tips
