Found on 6/21/22-Brother was walking up on 22nd st from Normandie yesterday evening with his dog and was followed by a Chihuahua: Brown, Male, Very Clean, Not spayed yet. Currently in possession at our home but will be taken to a shelter this week. Was also spotted around 5pm by the Arco on Normandie and 23rd before. Please CALL, NO TEXTS.
