It was around 11:50am. I was driving and I saw you walking towards the county building. You were wearing a sun hat. We locked eyes until I passed you. I have to say… you are stunning. I so wanted to drive around the block so I had the opportunity to wave at you but I thought that might be a little weird. I know this is a long, long shot but I just had to make this post.
