Looking for a helper with a truck

I am moving out of a shared home so I have one bedroom that has very few items. I will need help with moving transportation (truck) from Old Orchard Beach to downtown Portland. The new apartment is on the first floor so I will also need help unloading a few heavier things. Please tell me the amount you are willing to be paid in order to help me move.
