Great summer job selling cheese at local farmers markets on weekends, and some weekdays. Pay is $18+ per hour. The farmers market season runs from May through October. We're looking for people who enjoy working independently, talking with people, and are really dependable. A typical farmers market day involves waking up early, coming to our shop and loading the van with cheese and market supplies, driving to market, selling cheese at your market from around 8 am until noon, driving back to the shop, and unloading. Days are 8 or 9 hours, depending on market duration and drive time. Some heavy lifting is involved. (Cheese is heavy!) Weekend and weekday market positions are needed.
