Our Daytime Weekend Lobby Attendant is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive public spaces throughout our iconic hotel while following company standards and safety/security procedures. Areas supported in this role include sanitizing high touch point areas throughout lobbies, cleaning lobby space restrooms, dusting lobby areas and assisting in cleaning spills in public hotel areas. Pay is: $14.50/hr We also offer a $300 Signing Bonus ($100 paid after 30, 90 and 180 days of employment) QUALIFICATIONS: • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred. • This position requires strong attention to detail ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form. • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly. • Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately. • Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly service-oriented manner. • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel. • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards). • Comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations. • Sanitize high touch points throughout lobbies and guest fitness room multiple times throughout shifts. • Clean and restock public space restrooms. • Remove all trash from public space receptacles. • Dusting surfaces throughout public spaces using provided extender tools for high reach areas. • Vacuuming, mopping and carpet cleaning of public areas, including stairwells as assigned on rotational basis. • Perform other tasks/jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
