On June 17, biscuit a medium size gray and brown Yorkie escaped off leash, and has still not been returned to me the owner. If you have any leads, or have Biscuit, please email me, no questions asked and reward granted. He may be in the downtown area with a homeless person, or still on the loose. Biscuit is very sweet, but very skittish. Not aggressive but may not let you approach him
