Who we are looking for: As a Maintenance Technician with Elon, you will work closely with your Property Manager and District Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a team! We are looking for experienced Maintenance Techs who have excellent scheduling abilities, a strong work ethic, maintenance knowledge and a positive attitude. You must have basic hand tools, a valid driver's license, and dependable transportation. As a Maintenance Technician a few of the duties will be assisting with making units market ready, doing unit upgrades, handling emergency and non-emergency service requests, and maintaining grounds and curb appeal. Pay averages $42,000 - $45,000 annually but will depend on experience and property size. Apartment discount available after probationary period.
