Looking for a hard-working, team-driven, no-excuses type of individual to join our busy remodeling company as a Laborer. -Must be reliable, dependable, and ready to show up every work day with a good attitude. -Our ideal candidate will have experience working on residential construction projects as a laborer. -Will have their own tools. -Must have a clean driving record. You will be responsible for assisting the carpenters on job sites with various tasks including but not limited to: • Pick-up / delivery of materials for workers to handle on job sites. • Keep job sites clean and safe. • Install site protection and assure jobsite safety at all times. • Excavate and help with forming of foundations. • Cut timber and lumber to specified dimensions with direction from Lead Carpenter. • Assist in the layout of foundation, building lines and anchor bolts including drilling and epoxy setting. • Assist Carpenters with setting windows and help with door installations. • Unload materials from trucks and stock in an organized manner. • Ensure safety and cleanliness of subcontractors working on site. • Maintain company vehicle (if applicable) and keep it clean. • Willing and able to read and interpret plans. • Can communicate clearly with ZBI team members. • Be professional with subcontractors and clients • Maintain daily timecard submissions Bonus points for those able to pull a trailer. We have our own dump trailer and need someone with a clean driving record to drive the company truck and pull the trailer. Full benefits after 90 days including health insurance and paid time off!
