Studio Share Available - Arts District DTLA New spot coming available on June 29th for a media producer, engineer, or songwriter to share my private studio within the DTLA Arts District. Functions as a recording studio, rehearsal room, content studio for photos/video/live-streaming, live sessions, podcasts, and more. $1,000/month and you’d have it for 24-30+ hours a week depending on how our schedules line up but I’m super flexible. Building has 24 hour access so great for night owls. The room is approximately 500sf and acoustically treated from top to bottom. Vibed out with fully customizable cloud lighting and RGB video light panels for filming. Lots of great gear (vintage and modern) that is fully up for use. Feel free to bring your own if it adds to the space! Also have a mini-fridge, microwave, snack & coffee bar inside. Awesome location right in the DTLA Arts District and blocks away from Warner music and Spotify.
