Seeking drummer for 90/00's rock cover band

Casual Encounters, a 90's & 2000's cover band is looking for someone to fill the drummer spot Music ranges from Green Day and the Ramones, to Rage Against the Machine and Biggie Smalls. It basically started with me wanting to go see a good cover band doing the music that got me into this, and not seeming to find anyone doing it Ages have ranged from mid-20s to mid-40s, but 30s is where most of us land, and schedules all tend to be the M-F, 9-5 thing. Rehearsal is in my basement studio in SE PDX, where I've got an electric kit set up. Shows are usually done with acoustic drums, but the electric for rehearsal just makes life exponentially easier - mostly in terms of ear drums Practice once a week (usually Wednesday evening), shows once or twice a month - mostly around Portland, but we've done some Tacoma shows and would like to branch out a bit and do some shows in Bend and Seattle for fun. And the purpose is to have fun playing the music that we grew up on, but it's also to be a solid band and put on a solid show. So it is a solid amount of work, and not an undertaking for the inexperienced or the unreliable, but we've gotten to do some cool stuff and it feels like there's a lot of opportunity now that the world is opening up Currently the setlist is two, one hour sets that we do both electrically and acoustically Video, art & audio production is all in-house, DIY Our current drummer started a demanding new job, and it's tough to juggle long hours with rehearsal, so this gives us a good chance for a slow transition, instead of having someone try to cram the sets under time constraints If you're interested, give me a shout - tell me a bit about your experience, gear and so forth, and shoot me some audio or video of your playing.
