Need yard shed framed and trimmed and comp roof

Need 8 ft x 16 ft x 9 ft high wood shed framed in rear of house. T1-11 siding, and trimmed. Simple shed with a single shed roof slope with 12 inch overhangs. There is 1 door, 3 windows and corners that need installed and trimmed ready for paint. The floor will be framed from 2x6 DF on existing concrete. The composition shingle and underlament roof is included in your labor price. You will provide any and all labor required to complete the job. Small shed requires no building permit because it qualifies at less than 120 sq.ft. * If interested demonstrate to me that you can do quality work and complete the job in 4 days from start. I have basic plans with exterior and floor plan. Dont waste you time if you cannot demonstrate you know how to do it. Good quality and craftsmanship are required. Owner will provide all materials to the property. Payment is in 2 phases. 1/2 on completion of framing and siding. 1/2 on final completion and inspection.
