Housing needed immediately

Hello I am looking to find an apartment/ house as soon as possible I am only looking for a one bedroom possibly a 2 that is pet friendly for I have a dog that is about 50 pounds great dog doesn’t bark or go to the bathroom in the house..I work under the table but can provide an employer reference..I don’t need anything crazy and I am willing even to fix up some things in exchange for cheaper rent/ security but I do have enough to move in as soon as possible and am willing to help someone as much as they would be helping me. I’m 31 single and only have my dog. Please let me know if anyone has anything available immediately even if it needs some minor work Thank you for your anticipated consideration
