Large Yard Needs help

I need someone that is self directed and works well on their own. I have a large yard and RV Storage business with a huge parking lot that needs a variety of things to be done throughout the summer. Part time from 8 - 20 hours a week depending on your schedule and work needed. There is a lot of bending, weeding, spraying, a variety of power and hand tools to be used for a variety of different jobs like trim, edge, shears, ladders. In the fall there are trees to be trimmed. Somethings are heavy. I have all tools that are needed. Safety is important. Hours and days are flexible. I do request a reference - preferably one from previous employer. I need someone I can trust, that is honest, that is not on their phone constantly, that has good communication skills and has access to transportation to and from our location.
