We are looking for a skilled service tech to join our team and get paid weekly. The right candidate must have the following: 1. Experience in plumbing and electrical, able to utilize drain machines. 2. Able to trouble shoot appliances and/or repair 3. Customer service and time management skills a must 4. Own personal tools to get the job done 5. Valid Drivers license and dependable transportation 6. Able to work on-call after hours services twice a month 7. Experience in turnovers for new residents 8. Team player, able to work under pressure at times and able to meet dead lines when needed.
