1) Redo back yard sprinkler zones to achieve 100% coverage (estimated 5 new heads)) Replace a few head nozzles as needed for coverage. Adjust and test the system. Turnkey Bid 2) Saint Augustine sod in back yard. See pic of area, measures 95” x4’ call it 450 SF to hit some fill in spots outside of the pic, will need some soil for main area of sod. Turnkey Bid 3) See pic of 85 SF new 4” concrete pour at front steps. Turnkey Bid 4) Need Experienced Brick Mason for Dormers & Screen Wall See pic. Turnkey Bid Estimate shall include: Install wire lath, scratch coats applied to dormers on roof top. Install Thin Bricks to Dormers walls. Install full size bricks one side to block screen wall including a cast stone cap top of wall.
