Amora Event Group is seeking Event Production Crew Our Company Values Quality · Integrity · Community Team Members Wanted For Event Design Firm: We are an Event Design Firm based in Denver with 23 years in the events industry looking for Team Members for setting/striking lighting, decor, AV, draping, props, lounges, and potentially helping with design on-site as well. Part of what we do is loading and unloading trucks, working weekends, working early mornings, and sometimes late nights. We are an event company and we get to do some of the coolest work in some pretty unique places with some great people. At the end of the day, it is very satisfying to do what we do. This is a direct-hire position with great opportunities for advancement within our organization and long-term employment. We are looking for the right people to help us grow and maintain the clients we currently have as well as keep our standards sky high and the utmost quality in everything we do. The position is primarily part-time with the opportunity for full-time hours based on event schedules, thus it is perfect for someone who is positive and motivated to make some extra income while teaming with a young, vibrant company. Schedules are flexible and are based on the needs of events. We offer a standard hourly rate starting at $20 with higher rates depending on experience, skill set, work ethic, and commitment level. An Event Crew Member MUST: Be a good teammate Possess a “whatever it takes” attitude and be a great problem solver. Have flexibility (Availability to work nights and weekends) Be reliable, respectful, and positive Be a Tetris Master (Know how to pack a truck with the use of straps, we will teach you) Have good communication skills (Including having a cell phone and email) Get from point A to point B (Have transportation with a valid driver's license) Be intuitive and mindful while moving, loading, and handling inventory Willing to learn to drive 15'-26' box trucks. Training provided Hold a sense of urgency for established timelines Lift furniture and objects of up to 50 (Or ask for a teammate’s help) In addition, knowledge of the following skills would be a major plus and will get you a higher pay rate: Lighting (Lighting consoles, programming, up lights, dimmer packs, market lighting, etc.) A/V (Corporate meeting room set up i.e. projectors, screens, speakers, wireless microphones, etc.) Drapery (Pipe and drape, ceiling/tent draping) We have current needs and openings!
