12 tub 28qt rack with belly heat. NO thermostats /rheostats included and you must attach it to one in order use the heat tape. Top tub has a lid. Heat tape was replaced about 2-3 years ago so is still in great condition and works fine. I rinsed out the tubs but they could still use a good scrubbing. One shelf has some damage to the top of it (see photos) I would reseal it if you are going to use for animals that require higher humidity. The back of the rack is made from heavy duty peg board for added ventilation. Comes as shown in photos. Asking $250 Text only 702-624- four six nine eight I have no way to deliver. You must pickup.
