I have 1600 sq foot house I would like to swap out the current flooring for vinyl sheet flooring. Currently the house is 80% carpet, 18% vinyl sheet, and 2% tile. I want it to be 98%-100% vinyl sheet with a faux wood pattern. I need all current flooring (except the porcelain if that's going to be too difficult to pull). I am requesting quotes for someone to do the work (and mats if you think you can get a better price on them). The flooring I currently like is about $0.75 a sq foot. House has 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. Looking to get installed asap before the movers get here right now there is almost no furniture in the house and only a few appliances so it would be much easier than after. Shoot me a quote for your labor and mats separate if you are including mats. I also need to know a time line and any references you have. Text is preferred.
