About Us StaffordPress is a small, family owned label manufacturing company that has been located in Redmond since 1990. We are seeking a team player who is interested to learn a little bit of everything that goes into running a warehouse; from shipping, packing, press support, and inventory. There are two shifts available: Day Shift: 7am -3pm (flexibility) Afternoon Shift: 10am -6:30pm In the application, please select which one (if not both) you would be open to working. Current hiring emphasis is on our afternoon shift from 10-6:30pm. Responsibilities: Preparing machines and materials for press runs. Assisting with press operation at the discretion of the production manager. Assisting with materials and inventory management. Assisting the production manager with any other tasks as deemed necessary. Maintain compliance with all safety, quality management system rules, procedures, policies, and guidelines. Qualifications: Good hand-eye coordination to break, weight, and package products in a repetitive fast pace environment. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to maintain a clean work environment. Ability to lift 60 lbs. Ability to learn and apply approved quality standards. Desire to learn how to operate various printing machines. Basic math and communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. Must be able to pass a drug test.
