I am currently setting up an open mic for singer / songwriters who would like to hear pedal steel or violin in there songs. Because of this I am creating a list of musicians who would like to do this with the main benefit for the musician of having a accomplished pro pedal steel to back you up. I have been playing this instrument for over 4 decades now and can back up most who follow standard music practices. In addition, I also run a small production studio and am quite experienced in the process of digital recording. Because of this my set up will include the ability to record the open mic.
