3 year old male Aussiedor needs new home

Due to no fault of his own, I must rehome my dog, Freddy. He is a black 3 year old Australian Shephard/ Lab mix. He is great with kids (but kids need to respect boundaries). Will do best in a single dog home due to some food aggression with other animals but it's something that can be trained out. He is due for his shots and is currently unfixed. I can give more info if requested. I would love to find him a home with lots of land for him to run or a place he could work. I am asking a small rehoming fee simply because you'll get all his items. His items include his crate, dog bowl, leash and head collar as well as his half full 50 pound food container and wet food.
