Work to be done
- Bathroom duct cut off and sealed
- Kitchen vent duct needs to be moved from the baseboard to a regular floor vent between the adjacent floor joists.
Will need to come out to assess and determine materials needed - will be reimbursed for materials in addition to pay for labor.
