Erosion Control/ Construction Labor

Seeking motivated and experienced laborers and operators with experience or willingness to learn erosion control, reclamation, and landscape restoration. Prefer experience with installation of various erosion control BMPs such as erosion log, erosion control blanket, silt fence, check dams, concrete washouts, vehicle tracking pads and etc. Needs to have experience with seeding and reclamation tasks such as tillage, seeding, straw mulching and crimping, hydroseeding/ hydromulching, and planting of shrubs/ trees. Definite plus if candidate can safely operate equipment such as: Skidsteer, Ag Tractor, Hydromulcher, and Trencher, or has experience in irrigation and landscaping. Focus on safety and work quality is a must, with candidate needing to operate and work safely (and smartly) at all times. Valid license and decent driving record preferred. Can qualify for other supervisory positions if candidate has OSHA 30, CDOT TECS, or CDL. Verdant Environmental focuses on seeding, erosion control, and landscape restoration. Willing to be flexible with the right candidates. Compensation starts depending on skill set and experience.
