High-end, fast-paced, well-established real estate development and construction company is seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent for new residential construction in Winter Park/ Fraser, CO. Assistant Superintendent will oversee the construction phases of assigned residential projects.
Duties include: supervision and organization of on-site construction activities. Coordinate with subcontractors and identify/solve problems. Thorough knowledge of the construction process and familiarity in reading and understanding building plans. Must be dependable, hardworking and self-motivated. Work to begin immediately.
