Housekeeping This position is for Monday through Friday (7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.). No experience required, we're happy to train you! • Duties include: professionally clean apartments using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards. Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting. Identify and note any damages to apartments. Create maintenance tickets as necessary. Collect and remove trash and debris. Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds. Other responsibilities as assigned. Seeking mature, dependable individual with good people skills, able to communicate well with elderly and disabled individuals. An offer of employment for this role will be contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
