Pikes NW, LLC is looking to hire a Day Porter about 10 – 15 hours per week. This is an independent contractor position. The job duties include but are not limited to, maintaining common areas, posting notices, meeting vendors on-site for building access, and assisting with after-hour inquiries. The Day Porter role involves providing excellent service to our tenants, building staff and visitors. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently with minimal supervision and is skilled in customer service and has excellent communication skills. You must have access to a printer and be able to print and post letters in a timely manner. Your own transportation is a requirement and must be willing to travel between McMinnville and Newberg to maintain multiple properties each week. There may be times when you would need to come into the Salem office for meetings. Mileage reimbursement is included. After-hour/weekend calls/emergencies would be part of the job.
