We have a career opportunity available for an outside service technician who enjoys assisting customers in the installation and repair of small engines, pneumatic, and cordless tools in the Des Moines, IA branch. Shift hours are Monday thru Friday – day shift. Essential Qualifications include : Machine maintenance, pneumatic or electric power tool repair experience preferred (specific training will be provided if necessary) High school diploma or equivalent Satisfactory driving record Experience in the construction or industrial supply industry is helpful Strong mechanical skills/abilities required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Quick learner and able to retain knowledge Intermediate computer skills i.e. MS Office and web navigation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of customer product
