Maintenance - Handyman Immediate hire 20-40 hours weekly SHADYSIDE … MT. LEBANON …SHALER Apartment management company w. multiple locations seeks repair personnel for facilities General Duties: • Drywall, spackling, painting, etc. • Plumbing: faucet/toilet installation, garbage disposal installation, etc. • Electrical: change outlets, switches, installation of fixtures, etc. General routine upkeep such as: o Power washing o General carpentry & repairs o Refuse removal o Landscape maintenance o Sidewalk; snow removal (weather permitting) Required skills -&- experience: • Ability to follow instructions • Understanding proper use & application of supplies and equipment • Time management • HVAC or Boiler repair a plus+ Education - Experience: • High school diploma • Related experience • A valid PA Driver’s license • Reliable transportation. Ability to move among apartment locations throughout the day is a must. Applicant must be willing to pass drug - alcohol screening and possess a clean criminal background.
