POSITION PURPOSE: The Mill Crew is responsible for the movement of commodities and grains to keep the mill running. Their active monitoring and movement of commodities allows for continuous production of feed rations. This position reports to the Mill Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the transfer grains to the mixer or commodity bins Maintain commodity storage (bins and boxes) at a level which allows the mill to continuously make feed rations Operation and maintenance of heavy equipment around structures to move feed commodities Collection of feed and ration samples for analysis Operate mill equipment to unload commodities from trucks Participate in daily repairs and maintenance of the feed mill Comply with all FDA, OSHA, HACCP, and other safety procedures, rules, and regulations Maintain consistent and reliable attendance Operate tractor for mixer wagon Other duties as assigned                          QUALIFICATIONS: Experience operating and maintaining heavy machinery (loader) Good verbal and written communication skills Basic math skills Computer literate Good time management skills Keen attention to detail See all of our job postings at www.agribeef.com, we use E-verify for all I9 documents, EOE
