Paid Mock Jury Focus Group Participants Needed

Do you live in Greenville County? Would you like to participate in a paid focus group exploring a potential lawsuit that may go before a jury? A local area legal consulting firm is in need of participants for a discussion group to learn about opinions and attitudes of potential jurors. If you are interested, apply for our research project that will take place on June 29, 2022 in the Greenville area. We are looking for engaged, thoughtful, and intelligent participants who can commit to being at a specific location from either 9 am to noon or 1:30 pm to 4:30 p.m. You must be present at the facility no later than 20 MINUTES AHEAD OF START TIME. Beverages and snacks will be provided as well as compensation in the amount of $75 for 3 hours of participation. In order to participate, we will need to know that: Neither you, nor an immediate family member, is in the legal profession or works for a law firm; Neither you, nor an immediate family member, is currently or was recently involved in a lawsuit; Neither you, nor an immediate family member, works for any media organization; You understand and speak English; You are willing to sign and abide by a confidentiality agreement; You are willing to participate and engage in discussion and give honest opinions, even though others may disagree with your opinions; You have not participated in a jury research project in the past 2 years; If selected, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire ahead of time that contains personal information about yourself, to include your political affiliation, employment, income, religious affiliation, and other personal information. This is so that we can form a group that reflects a typical jury. Remember, your personal details will be kept strictly confidential. We look forward to hearing from you!
