We are the SAKURA COLLECTION Fashion Design Award team, which aims to connect Japan's traditional industry with young creators from around the world to generate new ideas for the future. We are happy to invite you to our next fashion show in Philadelphia. SAKURA COLLECTION is held for fashion students, mainly from Asia,with a total of 32 competitions in seven countries since 2012, on the theme of "Japan." Since 2020, the competition has expanded to an international scale with the proposed theme of "Japanese materials", and each year wonderful designs using traditional Japanese materials are submitted from all over the world. This year, we will hold the first FASHION DESIGN AWARD in North America and our 10 finalists will show their fantastic unique designs using Enshu Men Tsumugi, a Traditional Japanese Textile material. Also, our special performers will introduce traditional Japanese music (Japanese Bamboo Flute) and culture (Sword Battle). Please join us for our show!
