Responsibilities include making units ready for move in, maintenance service requests for existing residents, pre & post move out inspections, recording work in property management software, communicating with property manager and maintenance supervisor, answering emergency calls on a rotation schedule, keeping interior and exterior of buildings looking clean and well maintained, and keeping tools and maintenance rooms in an orderly manner.
Responsibilities will also include projects and remodels. Proficiency with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and any skilled trades a plus.
