RQA, Inc partners with food and beverage companies to audit product quality at retail locations. We currently have a project with many locations in the Sacramento area. The project involves visiting a coffee shop for SEVEN CONSECUTIVE DAYS (Monday-Sunday). Auditors will have to stay at the store for the full five-hour session. The seven visits must consist of four morning sessions (7am-12pm) - one of which must occur Saturday or Sunday - and three afternoon sessions (12pm-5pm) - one of which must occur Saturday or Sunday.
