For more information about Satin Pavement, please visit www.satinpavement.com Event Date: July 3rd, 2022 in Little Elm, Texas Shift 1 (10 am - 5:30 pm) Shift 2 (10:30 pm - 1 am) **Looking to build out a team of reliable crew for future events. Position Summary The Event Crew is responsible for event set-up and tear down for Satin Pavement events. Crew members will be responsible for handling the following equipment: tables, chairs, stage, dance floor, pipe and drape, backdrop, lounge furniture floral installations, and other miscellaneous event equipment. This role will coordinate directly with the designated Event Coordinator. Responsibilities • Loading and unloading truck • Set-up and tear down of events tables, chairs, lounge furniture, decor, staging, etc. • Proper care, movement, and storage of all equipment such as: tables, chairs, staging, dance floor, etc. • Ensure all equipment is properly set according to the floor plan created by the Event Coordinator or Creative Director. Qualifications • Previous event-set up experience preferred not required. • Reliable transportation required. • Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule. • A positive attitude and willingness to support the team. • Ability to perform under stress. • Diligence and attention to detail. Physical Requirements • Frequently lifts/carries up to 50 lbs. • Push and pull up to 100 pounds • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length.
