Shop/Receiving Clerk - Must be experienced in warehouse, customer service oriented with shipping/receiving a plus, have forklift experience, able to work inside and outside the warehouse and have a great work ethic!! II.) Receiving Coordinator - Must have great computer skills, great computer skills, able to follow instructions, have great attention to detail, and experience with MRP, SAP, or ERP systems a plus. III.) Warehouse Associate/material handler - must have Stand up Forklift and reach truck experience, experience with picking, packing, receiving, attention to detail, hard working, Willingness to work OT if needed. IV.) Wire Tech – experience electro-mechanical assemblies, experience with circuits, hand tools, and soldering would be helpful but not required., self-motivating, and starter, ability to read blueprints, drawings, and follow written and oral instructions. MORE DETAILS: I.) SHOP/Warehouse Clerk-RECEIVING Associate - (Fallbrook/Temecula/San Marcos) San Marcos - M-F 6:30a - 4:30p Fallbrook & Temecula - M-F 7:30- 4:30 Sa 7:30-1:00 (flex to work some Saturdays) Pay: $18-20/hr. DOE + OT SUMMARY: Write up work orders/repairs, load/unload trucks and customers when needed, stock shelves, lift to 50 lbs. throughout the day, operate forklift, customer service, check-in products/parts and report any discrepancies, maintain a clean warehouse/facility. II.) RECEIVING COORDINATOR – Menifee/Hemet area Shift: M-F 6am-2:30pm Pay: $17/hr. SUMMARY: Coordinates the day-to-day activities of the receiving dock. Responsible for the timely and accurate receiving of all items delivered to the production site. Follows established procedures to document all receiving transactions in the ERP and applicable internal systems. Maintains safety and security of work area to prevent loss of incoming material and supplies. Key Responsibilities: • Operates forklift to load and unload material. • Transacts deliveries in the ERP system in accordance with training and current standards. • Ensures compliance requirements are met in the identification, labeling, tracking, and storage of materials. • Gives direction to the Material Handler on how to accurately stock and store materials. • Verifies supplier deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips. • Reports and works with purchasing to resolve issues with deliveries. • Performs lot inspections as required by the Operations and Purchasing teams. III.) WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE/MATERIAL HANDLER (Temecula) Shift: M-F 8am-5pm (flex to come in earlier and/or stay later) Pay: $18/hr. SUMMARY: Daily warehouse operations. Responsible for the picking and packaging of sales orders, receiving inbound goods and facility maintenance. Assist in the set up and preparation of picking isles, packing and processing stations, assembly and stocking of shipping supplies, pick products/quantities/lot numbers accurately and efficiently from bin locations, Package outbound shipments, Accurately process orders through the SAP/xCarrier interface, perform day end close routine on shipping systems, Assist in unloading and staging of inbounds and loading of outband using appropriate material handling equipment. This position requires interaction with freight carriers, fellow warehouse personnel, customer service and internal management. IV.) WIRE TECH - ASSEMBLER- (Vista, CA) - Will train the right person! Shift: M-F 7:30am-4pm (+ OT if needed) Pay: $19-22/hr. DOE SUMMARY: Assemble terminal boards, racks, cases, or housing per circuit drawings. Accurately run wires from tag lists. Receive/verify material deliveries per company standards. Stage material per job in designated areas. Read and interpret wire tags. Use a multi-meter, soldering iron, crimp tools, common hand tools. Experience with circuits, hand tools, and soldering would be helpful but not required. Able to read and follow blueprints, schematics, and/or instructions both written and oral.
