Stolen purse green wallet & cell phone PLEASE HELP

I lost my purse or it could have been stolen from my mercedes parked in the long Beach marina parking lot right in front of Starbucks & Chipotle. Missing items:: My brown Prada bag with dark green velvet make up pouch inside that I use as my wallet.. with a LG cell phone with water damage inside.. PLEASE RETURN MY DRIVERS LICENSE and Mine& my daughters MEDICAL CARDS TO ME.. NONE of the cash cards work unfortunately but ** if anyone happens to know or see my lost/stolen items I would gladly pay a CASH reward to return my things to me.. someone responded to my post with a text saying they had my things but ghosted me after their first text.. not cool😩
