Willing to train the right candidate. Must have valid driver's license. Company vehicle provided during work hours. We cover all of St. Louis city/County, Jefferson, parts of St. Charles and Metro East Illinois. Job tasks include: Board ups, rekeys, winterizations, occupancy determinations, minor repairs. Ideal candidate will be comfortable using hand tools such as drills, circular saws, air compressor, hammer, pipe wrenches, digital camera. Hours are 7 a.m. to 3:30
