This summer OPTIC resources is rolling out our Trauma -Informed community courses free to the community. With the rise in mental health needs among our community members and limited resources to work with, we strive to bridge the gap many of us find ourselves in, waiting for adequate care. We hope to provide necessary information that we have found to be the "prerequisite knowledge" needed to manage our complex human emotions and the sometimes uncontrollable response the nervous system creates to survive the world around us.
