MAINTENANCE MECHANIC- Full Time Large condominium association in Bridgewater looking for a customer friendly maintenance mechanic to join our 5 person team to perform painting, light electrical, plumbing, drywall, and snow removal operations. Training provided for the right candidate. Skills Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall and other construction and repair skills Communicate effectively with residents Well organized Detail oriented High school diploma or equivalent Compensation $21 to $26/hr depending upon experience Health Insurance Paid Time Off
