Join Rhythm Rise on Saturday, August 6th from 11:30-12:30 PM in our AuratoriOM for a fun, all ages welcome facilitaed drum circle! Explore a wide variety of drums, rattles, shakers, bells, boom whackers and many other Rhythm toys! High Energy Fun through Group Drumming and Rhythm Play! Learn how to unlock your own natural Rhythms and express yourself freely without Self Judgement. Have Fun with Rhythm Games, Affirmations, Empowering Songs, Dance & Exploration of Rhythm Instruments Great for Stress Relief, Enhancing non-verbal Communications, Creative Expression, Team Building, Confidence Building, Uplifting, Vibrant and just plain FUN! No prior training or skills are needed! All Drums and Rhythm Instruments are provided but feel free to bring your own. About the Teacher: Heather DeRigo has 10+ years of experience as a music teacher and drum circle facilitator. She currently resides in Tampa and offers her rhythm rise events, art, henna, retreats and playshops.
