Many of us are currently experiencing the stress of all that is occurring worldwide. It feels like we are all in a crisis. As professionals, we carry the weight of our personal and professional lives. We are in the field of helping others manage stress, but at times we forget the importance of us also taking care of our mental health and managing stress.
This work shop will serve as a reminder to also take care of ourselves in order to help others. Self-care is important for us too.
