The Federation of German American Societies would like to welcome you to join us at Flying Bison Brewing Company for an afternoon of gemütlichkeit. Gemütlichkeit is a German-language word used to convey the idea of a state or feeling of warmth, friendliness, and good cheer. $25.00 will get you in the door for two beers (or non-alcoholic beverage of your choosing), a brat sandwich and a potato salad. (The one you have come to know and love from the German Fest picnic and at Spring Garden Association) There will be a debut of the band Buffalo's "Hops und Schnapps". A German American band playing classics and other tunes for you to enjoy on the patio of Flying Bison. Doors will open at 1pm. Music will be playing from 2-6pm. All proceeds from the event go to fund the Scholarship committee.
