$20-25 per hour for the right person You must have demonstrable landscape maintenance experience. Valid driver's license, clean driving history and background required. This is a crew leader position. You will be given a work order for each jobsite with a checklist of required tasks and a timeframe to complete within. At the jobsite you will be responsible for managing the work and communicating with the clients professionally. You must have good communication skills. You will be interacting with clients daily. Most of the work is general landscape maintenance. Some of the work is landscape installation. Some days you will be working by yourself, some days you will be working with me, and other days you will have a helper. Work goes from 7 am till finish 4 to 6 days a week, 6 to 10 hours a day. Submit a detailed description of your Landscaping and leadership experience. Cash pay at the end of each day. You will be required to sign a 1099
