Description
We are very sad about having to do this but my daughter was diagnosed with some medical issues and we cannot keep our pups because they are creating flare ups for her. We have tried several alternative options and nothing seems to be working. With that being said, our dogs Jasmine and Ella are being placed up for adoption. They are both spayed females. (Spayed December 2021 at Banfield in south Indianapolis). They are from the same litter and love one another greatly. We would really like them to stay together if possible. Preference will be given to homes who will keep them together but other options considered. Jasmine (brown dog) and Ella (short for Cinderella, white dog) are 1 year old Great Pyrenees/Husky mixes. They are about 100 lb each. Ella is slightly smaller than Jasmine. They are up to date on shots (records to be provided) and completely housebroken. They do well with a ring the bell to be let out system (hangs on the doorknob to our back door and they use their nose to ring it) which can be provided for them. They are sweet dogs. They get along with cats well, but do want to play with them. They are both crate trained (l only kept them in them at night since they are pups and I didn’t want the house chewed to death while I slept). They don’t chew much except toys but they are pups still so I didn’t want to take the chance. They like to play and run around the yard so preferably a large fenced in yard or large area to run would be great. Their breed does shed heavily. Jasmine knows shake or “paw” and loves to do this. They are still learning how to walk on a leash. They know sit. They know “where do you go?” (When telling them to go to their crate). They are flea/tick prevention treated with Soresto collars per our vet. These last about 8 months and were replaced in March 2021 (will be due again in November.) We are very sad to see them go. They play well with other dogs and cats.. and we know they do not bother with rabbits. We do not know about free roaming rabbits, but they pay no mind to rabbits in cages. We have children and they get along great with them. No aggression or anything like that has ever been shown. Their crates can also come with them. Rehoming fee to ensure adoptive home(s) have good intentions. We will be screening potential adopters. Located in south Indianapolis.
