Ever-Clean Janitorial Service is now hiring! We are a new cleaning company servicing the Whatcom County Area, and we are looking for people to grow with us! We service residential homes, commercial buildings, apartment complexes, dental offices and move-out cleans. 1 x Residential Cleaner Hours: 10-12 hours per week – start time: 10:00am-4:00PM Tuesdays and Fridays. Blaine Area 2 x Move Out Cleaners: - 15-30 hours a week, flexible hours and schedules. - great summer job! 18+ House Cleaner job responsibilities: • Travel to customers residency as scheduled. • Review cleaning tasks or list for each client home. • Inspection of work after each account so nothing is missed and supplies are accounted for. • Clean bathrooms • Clean kitchens • Vacuum/edge and mop all floors throughout. • High and low dust all surfaces • Sanitizing doors/ handles and switches. • Polish inside windows • Polishing of light fixtures with use of a step ladder. • Sweeping of front porches. • Empty trash bins/recycling, break down cardboard, sanitize and replace liners. • Make beds and fluff pillows. Move Out Cleaner Responsibilities Deep Cleaning of areas listed below. • Kitchens (moving out fridges and ovens) • Bathrooms (removing soap scum from bathtubs and showers) • Laundry Rooms (moving out movable washers/dryers) • washing walls throughout as needed, doors/frames and base trim • Mopping floors and removing residue stuck on floor • Vacuuming. • Cleaning windows and tracks on the inside. • High Dusting and dusting throughout • Removing any items left behind by the last tenant. • Removing spots from the ceiling if reachable by ladder. • Grounds clean up (debris & cigarettes' butts) • Sweeping off porches/decobbing. • Decobbing and sweeping of garage, removing left behind items, cleaning the garage doors. Cleaner qualifications / skills: • Good communication skills • Responsible & reliable • Ability to work as part of a team Requirements: • Valid driver’s license and car insurance • Personal vehicle to drive to and from clients homes • Background Check required Benefits • Supplies supplied by company • Paid drive time and mileage (58.5 cents per mile driven.) • Paid sick leave • We do not work holidays Physical Job Requirements: • Must be able to push and pull heavy objects and equipment • Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds (usually supplies to accounts or cleaning equipment/tools/chemicals) • Position requires reaching, bending, stooping, and handling various equipment with hands • Must be able to walk and/or stand for up to four hours at a time minimum • Must be able to perform all required duties of the position • Must be able to use hand tools and facilities equipment If you are interested in this position, please respond with your resume and the position your applying for!
