This class is inclusive and open to everyone and anyone who wants to bring balance, restoration and elevation to themselves. This 60 minute class includes: - Sage Cleansing - Stretching & Warm Up - Authentic African Music - African Wraps - Contemporary African Dance Instruction - Cool Down - Affirmation Closing Session Your Vibe Guide, Ogi Emiabata is the Owner of Above Average Candle Studio. A lifelong lover of Afrocentricity, Dance and Positivity. This class offers a fun and unique way to embrace uplifting affirmations and calm the soul. This amazing experience is located in our Garden Level Studio. A cozy and intimate space, perfect for self expression. Ticket Price is per person. Class Size Maximum Is 4 Attendees. Above Average Candle Studio practices COVID SAFE POLICIES at all TIMES! Our Classes Start ON TIME - please arrive on time. We don't want you to miss a thing! Be sure to allow time for traffic and parking. Parking is FREE on Foster Ave. and on the Residential Side Streets. No meters or permits are needed.
